From the main ballroom presentation to the networking foyer, our team handled large-format projection, crystal-clear live sound, and ambient uplighting that matched the UWE brand. The entire production — speakers, projector, and breakout sessions — ran 100% wirelessly, giving attendees a clean, safe, and immersive experience.

The 360° Smart Video Conference Camera & Mic System
Mr. Owl is a 360° smart conference camera and microphone system that turns an ordinary meeting room into a hybrid studio. One device on the table sees the whole room — every voice, every face, the whiteboard, and the full table — while the people joining from elsewhere see it all too, so nobody has to describe what happened in the room.
We bring it in, set it up, and tune the audio so the far end actually hears the conversation. It's the simplest way to run board meetings, client reviews, and training sessions where some people are in Atlanta and the rest are everywhere else.

ON-POINT AV was proud to provide professional video production for the UPS SMART Hub Back-to-School Community Event, an inspiring day dedicated to supporting students and families as they prepared for the new school year.
The event brought together UPS employees, community partners, vendors, volunteers, and families for a day filled with school supplies, backpacks, health and wellness resources, food, entertainment, robotics, financial education, haircuts, braiding, and other community resources.
ON-POINT AV was entrusted with capturing the energy, excitement, and heart of the event through professional video production. Our goal went beyond simply recording what happened. We focused on telling the story of the people, the partnerships, the smiles, and the community impact—creating a visual recap that UPS could use to preserve the experience and share its story with others.
