      Install the ChatGPT app

      Download ChatGPT free from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). You can also use it on your computer at chatgpt.com. Create a free account if you don't already have one — this is where your billing assistant lives.

      Subscribe — $60 setup + $5/month

      Scroll down to the pricing section and tap the gold PayPal Subscribe button. The one-time $60 setup fee is charged when you join, then it's $5/month. Sign in to PayPal (or pay with a card) and confirm. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account.

      Open your billing assistant

      Right after payment, you'll be redirected to your private Help Run My Business assistant in ChatGPT. Bookmark that link — it's your tool for every estimate and invoice from now on.

    4. 4

      Send us your first job

      Type in the client's name, what work you're doing, and the price. Example: 'Estimate for Jane Smith, DJ + lighting for wedding on July 4, $1,800.' The assistant will format it into a clean estimate or invoice.

      Review, send, get paid

      Check the draft, make any tweaks, then copy and email it to your client — or ask the assistant to format it as a PDF. That's it. Repeat anytime you need an estimate or invoice.
